The staff greeted me with complimentary prosecco upon arrival. the cabin room decor included wooden panel walls and gold flower petals. the rooftop bar offered great cocktails. It felt quite special!

The room felt far too small. It made it difficult to relax. the bed was also quite high, i needed to climb into it, unusual. i found the hotel to be quite dark throughout. There should be more light.

i loved the attentiveness of the staff and the amazing rooftop bar , the package add-ons offered really good value. additional touches to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary were also much appreciated , it was lovely!

the cabin rooms felt a bit too hot , and the air con wasn't cooling them down sufficiently.

the decor was fine, a feast for the eyes. the friendly staff made arrival nice and easy. a knowledgeable young woman showed us to the rooms. the rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable.
